Midwest Contractor Services is a Christian owned and operated business. Based out of Rensselaer, Indiana, MCS was started by owners Mark Bilyeu and Martin Lintner in 2008.

Mark is an active member of the community, volunteering as a softball coach for the local high school team, sponsoring local youth soccer and softball programs as well as being Head Pastor of his church. Mark is a father of two and grandfather of four. His dedication to his family, faith, and employees is what drives Mark to succeed and to deliver the highest quality service to MCS customers.
Martin is a seasoned professional in the gutters and insulation industry with over 20 years of experience. As a Deacon of his local church and sponsor of several youth sports teams, Martin is a respected member of the community. As a father of five and grandfather of four, Martin provides sound leadership and guidance to his family, church and employees at MCS.
